No Bake Protein Bar
3⁄4 Cup peanut butter (or other nut/almond butter)
1⁄4 cup honey
1⁄4 cup Just Hemp Foods Hemp Seed Oil
1 cup crisped rice
1⁄3 cup dried blueberries or cranberries
1⁄2 cup Just Hemp Foods 50% Hemp Protein Powder
1⁄3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1⁄3 cup Just Hemp Foods Hulled Hemp Seeds
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
Over medium heat, add peanut butter, honey and oil to a medium sauce pan until blended and softened. Stir and remove from heat.
Put remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture overtop and stir to blend.
Put mixture into an 8 inch square baking pan and smooth top with a spoon. Refrigerate for an hour and cut into 24 bars.
