Hemp Pesto

Add a twist to your pesto recipe by switching the pine nuts for hulled hemp seeds!


1⁄2 cup Just Hemp Foods Hulled Hemp Seed
1⁄2 cup Just Hemp Foods Hemp Seed Oil
2 cups basil (fresh and tightly packed)
2 cloves garlic
1⁄2 tsp sea salt
1⁄2 lemon (juiced)



Rinse basil and separate the leaves from stems. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Scoop pesto onto cooked pasta noodles of your choice. Add sundried tomatoes and artichokes to pasta. Garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
