Kale & Hemp Salad

This salad is packed with superfoods and we guarantee it’ll be a hit!


4 cups mixed baby kale
2 cups grape tomatoes halved
1⁄3 parmesan cheese
1 ­ 2 tbsp Just Hemp Foods Hulled Hemp Seed
1⁄4 cup Just Hemp Foods Hemp Seed Oil
1⁄2 Lemon Juiced
1 ­ 2 cloves of garlic (minced)



In a bowl mix together the oil, lemon juice, garlic and half of the parmesan cheese. Let that sit for at least 10 minutes. Mix together the baby kale, grape tomatoes, hemp seed, and the remainder of the parmesan cheese.

When ready to serve, add in the dressing to taste.
