4 Tbsp Just Hemp Foods Hulled Hemp Seed
4 Tsp Lemon Juice
3 cups cooked (or canned) chickpeas
2 Tbsp water
2 Small garlic cloves, minced
6 Tbsp Just Hemp Foods Hemp Seed Oil
1 Tsp Salt
Grind hemp seeds in coffee grinder (or spice grinder or pestle and mortar). Put the hemp seeds into food processor with lemon juice, chickpeas, water, garlic, hemp seed oil and salt.
Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth. If you want a thinner hummus, add a little bit more water.
To serve, put on a plate or in a bowl and sprinkle with paprika, red pepper flakes or chopped parsley.
