Date Walnut Hemp Protein Squares
1⁄2 cup Just Hemp Foods Hulled Hemp Seed
1⁄4 cup Just Hemp Foods Toasted Hemp Seed
1⁄4 cup Just Hemp Foods 50% Hemp Protein Powder
1⁄4 cup roasted chickpeas
1⁄4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds
1⁄4 cup almonds
1⁄4 cup crushed walnuts
1⁄4 cup chopped dates
1⁄4 cup melted honey
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 175°F (79°C). Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread mixture on top of parchment paper and press flat. Place in oven for 15 minutes. Cut into 24 squares once cooled.
